Terms of service.

All garments are handmade-to-order. Once your order is submitted and payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Please double-check all sizing, color, and customization details at checkout. Custom orders may take 3–6 weeks to process and ship depending on design complexity and order volume.

We accept all major credit cards and the payment methods listed at checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Each garment is crafted according to the sizing you provide. We recommend using our size chart or reaching out for assistance prior to ordering.

Maalika K is not responsible for inaccuracies in sizing submitted by the customer.

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective, or an error was made on our part.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work to resolve it promptly.

Orders are shipped via a trackable service. Once a package leaves our studio, Maalika K is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damages in transit.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, materials may be purchased and production may begin — cancellations will no longer be accepted.

All content on this site — including designs, product photos, text, and patterns — is the sole property of Maalika K LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Maalika K is not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or injuries resulting from the use or wear of our garments. Fabric content and care instructions are provided for your safety and convenience.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
